2010 Striper Hunt Information:
Format
A team shall consist of one or two
anglers. The teams compete in one of two
divisions: (1) The “Lefty Kreh” Division
(Fly-rodders), or (2) The “Frank Mundus”
Division (non-fly tackle).
Scoring
The competition is “catch and release”. All
fish must be measured along the lateral
line from the tip of the lower jaw to the
fork of the Caudal Fin. All entrants will
be provided (at the “Striper Hunt Kick Off
Party”) the tournament ruler against which
the size of the fish must be documented by
digital photo.
The largest single fish in each of the fly and spinning divisions wins the grand prize, which includes a cash purse, a fishing package, and of course, the bragging rights attendant to being immortalized on the Casco Bay Striper Hunt Trophy. Prizes will also be awarded to the first and second runners up within each division.

Captain’s Dinner
The mandatory kick-off Captain’s Dinner
will be held at the CBAC Clubhouse (231
Front Street, South Portland,
[map])
at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, July 30, 2010.
The dinner is included as part of your
entry fee. Additional attendees can
purchase tickets at the door.
